Ran 10 miles last week.

3/14/11

Maintained weight over the weekend. Ran 1 mile. Worked out with trainer. Abs, triceps, some shoulder work.

3/15/11

Ran 2.5 miles. That’s about it. My appetite had it’s own zip code today.

3/16/11

Ran 2.5 miles. Worked on legs.
